Electro-Galvanized Steel Siding Panels

When it comes to precision roll forming, few can match the outstanding quality of products manufactured by Corrugated Metals, Inc. We were recently approached by a customer in the transportation industry to fabricate corrugated siding panels that required strict adherence to +0.0000/-0.0625” dimensional tolerances.

Committed as an organization to staying on the cutting edge of the roll forming and corrugated metal field, we offered the strategic combination of skills and equipment to successfully execute this degree of precision on a large scale component.

Constructed from electro-galvanized steel, we fine-tuned our process controls to ensure that we achieved the high level of accuracy this project demanded. During the fabrication process, we conducted dimensional inspections at all critical stages of production. By measuring the cover, depth, and material thickness of the profiles, as well as overall length and width of the panels, we confirmed that the products met the targeted accuracy requirements.

We currently manufacture these 49” wide panels in various lengths, and supply them within a two- to three-week turnaround.
