CMI provides corrugating and roll forming services for a variety of materials including custom prepainted metals. Steel and aluminum make up the bulk of our painted roll formed corrugated metals, however we have completed jobs for our customers including painted zinc and stainless. Coranar™,CMI Coranar™ Premium Fluoropolymer – Polyvinylidine Flouride (PVDF)
Coranar™ is a two coat PVDF resin system with a total Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 0.9 to 1.1 mils.
Top coat: 0.7 to 0.8 mils. Primer: 0.2 to 0.3 mils. Backer: 0.3 to 0.4 mils.
Coranar™ coatings provide a number of unique benefi ts including exceptional dirt and stain
resistance, outstanding color consistency, excellent overall adhesion and great fl exibility and
formability.
Corasil™, CMI Corasil™ Silicone-Modifi ed Polyester (SMP).
Corasil™ is a two coat SMP resin system with a total Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 0.9 to 1.1 mils.
Top coat: 0.7 to 0.8 mils. Primer: 0.2 to 0.3 mils. Backer: 0.2 to 0.3 mils.
Corasil™ coatings provide a number of unique benefi ts including superior weatherability,
remarkable color and gloss retention, outstanding color consistency and proven durability.
Corasol™, CMI Corasol™ Plastisol Coil Coating.
Corasol™ is a two coat resin system with a total Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 2.1 to 10.2 mils.
Top coat: 2.0 to 10.0 mils.

superior abrasion and scratch resistance, fl exibility and formability and excellent overall adhesion.
